I'm not near my coach... So I cant look at this...

What holds the side skirts on? I need to know so I can bring whatever tools needed to remove them before I have it towed from its current location...

Anyone know of a good inexpensive towing company that tows these things other than AAA? I live in Puyallup, WA. and need to tow it about 35 miles...

Thanks,

Steve

bottom one was the 'flexible' mount to the bogie.
There was one also at the bottom of the 'skirt' to the mount that I left connected.

Two screws on the top where they attach to the body, two small 7/16" bolts on the bottom where they attache to the flexible mount.

Two bolts/screws/nuts of no particular size, from 10/32 to 1/4" on top and a 3/8" bolt going in to the bogie area.
Yours may vary.

For the bottom connection to the boggie, my T-skirts had a rubber tongue that extended into the boggie area. There is a blank tapped hole on the boggie that was used to secure the T-skirt.
When I re-installed the T-Skirts after the installation of L. Harrison's rear suspension, I just used some industrial rubber belting to extend the tongue to the mounting bolt.
The top is just using lag bolts.

Bring a 9/16" wrench for the bolt to the bogie and usuall a Phillips screwdriver for the top screws unless someone has replaced them with hex head.

I successfully held the t-skirts on with the large bulldogs clips from an office supply house. Temporary fix that turned out very permanent.

It took a 1/2" impact driver, universal joint, and the 9/16 impact socket to get one of mine loose!

Inform the tow co. that you have a 11,000 lbs. 26 ft. motorhome with FRONT WHEEL DRIVE. Have them send a med size ow truck that lift the front by the bottom of the tires.
I never had to remove or have told anyone to emove any of the skirts.
It is always wise to inflate the rear and raise it 2-3 inch so the rear has less chance of dragging when going over rain dips.

And before they tow it, get the air bags/rear suspension up as high as it will go, if you are towing by lifting the front wheels.
