Sure sounds like valve train noise. Could be anything from a bent pushrod
(usually caused by something much more serious), a broken valve spring, or
a collapsed lifter. Trace the noise to one side of the engine or the
other, pull the valve cover and zero in on which valve. Sometimes using a
long screwdriver against the individual header tubes, with the handle end
against your ear (like a stethoscope)can assist in identifying the culprit.

In one of the videos I thought I heard like a water pump bearing. Thou I have no idea if our water pumps have bearings?
I do agree that we need more testing to pin point. If it was mine, I might would be scared to drive it down the block.
I would open engine cover, and tug on water pump looking for movement.
I would also start, and with long screwdriver to ear try to see which vave cover the noise appears to come from.
Keep us posted on what you find, and the method used to find it.

If the engine is still running good with no apparent missing, then I'm not sure about a stuck lifter or bent pushrod. As others have suggested, a quick compression check might put you mind at ease on that issue.
I would do a quick check of the harmonic balancer. They sometimes separate (mine did) from the rubber. That ring can then flop around causing a rattling noise and if something is "hitting" on each engine revolution might sound similar to what you are hearing. As engine speed increases, the noise would disappear or lessen as the ring is forced to behave due to centrifugal force. Should be able to tell by just grapping the balancer and see if it moves. Also, possible that a loose timing chain could be causing a similar noise.
Otherwise, a good mechanic stethoscope or just a hose held to the ear and positioned at various points can help isolated the area of the noise. If internal, good luck. Hopefully, it is something external.

Well, it probably isn't the balancer, since I replaced that only a few
months ago. I'll be sure to try and see if the water pump is on its way
out, though I am strongly suspectig it's somewhere in the valve train. Once
had a clogged lifter on my Bronco, and it behaved similarly, lots of
noise, but no readily apparent effect on performance.
I'll probably try and pinpoint its location tomorrow afternoon
