What are men's mall light sockets? The wiring for GM taillights should
be simple: 4 wires on each side; Black for ground, Brown for taillight
and side marker light, Yellow for left brake and Green for right brake
lights, and the other wire is the reverse light, and that may have it's
own ground wire. Have to have ground wires in a plastic (fiberglass)
vehicle since the body shell is not conductive at 12 volts.

The men's mall light sockets are the bulb sockets and wiring that are compatible with the new tail lights.

_AND_ these sockets are taken from the junk yard... the "men's mall." Normally the term is used for self service yards like Pick-n-Pull.

While not an issue around here (normally), if the donor vehicle has been in the rust belt, it might be false economy by using the old socket due to corrosion in the sockets and wire leads.
