The '73 23' Sequoia has a 2' bumper extension and sheet metal storage bin on the extension. It all looks like this:

I had been using it to store the Onan pending getting it back in its compartment. Once I emptied the sheet metal storage bin, I was going to remove it and the 2' extension. That was the plan when I was going to keep the Sequioa and use it.

Now that the plan has changed, I need to re-evaluate the direction to go. The 2' extension sort of defeats the reason for having a 23' model. But the next owner might want the storage bin.

Opinions please:

Will removing the bin and extension increase or decrease the value of the motorhome?
