Here is a new one (to me) sent to me by a relative who has season tickets. Don't know any further details. My guess, ~1977, not a Transmode (GMC interior originally) with a bent rear bumper and Terry Olds wheel covers.

If you think it is something different tell me why :^)

Wow. It looks like it was put in the neglected corner of the motorpool.
Needs some TLC.

Bill,
Are you still collecting club patches? I recently bought up the last supply of the GMCGL MHC early original patches from an older club member how had not been to a rally in 20+ years. I will be trying to find a supplier that can reproduce these patches in the same quality. It has gold thread and all embroidered. They will be sold to club members for $12 to finance to making of new patches. I can trade one for something.

I have those wheel covers on mine. What is the reference to Terry Olds? I thought they were called "Safe-Guard Wheels Covers" and made by Stan of Grueninger Oldsmobile and GMC Truck in Cincinnati.

John, Thanks for the offer, but I'll have to decline. Right now I'm trying to determine just what I will do with what I have, so I'm reluctant to add to the existing pile of GMC goodies.
Many thanks,
Bill

GMC Cruse,
You are correct, they were originally sold by Grueninger Olds which later became Terry Olds. It is more correct to use the Grueninger name but I was doing this from memory and it doesn't seem to work as well as it used to :^(
