This page is a by-product of my own daily scan, but I know there is interest here (Tom) so I thought I'd set up a public page.

The results are curated. For now, I only plan to approve the Honda EV water-cooled units.

So far, EV's show up about twice a month. Currently, there is a 4010 in Little Rock.

Thanks, now if I could just find a nearby shop that can repair them. Local Honda shop failed.

You probably already have one, Tom, but there was a maintenance manual on ebay last week.

This is a wee bit off topic, but I wanted to thank RC for the tip-off about the EV 6010 in Albuquerque. That came out of a Channel 7 TV station's E-350 news van that rolled.

My son went down and paid for it ($1000 negotiated) and took it home. He said it had a bunch of oil and anti-freeze spilled over it, but that is supposedly just a result of the roll-over.

I mailed a check to son today.

I'll likely have to go after it, but the seller MAY have a trip to somewhere in Oklahoma to pick up an old Chrysler and if so, my distance to get it would be reduced by 300 miles or more!

One interesting thing came out of the deal. The seller lives two houses away from where my son-in-law was raised and seller knew his parents!

Hope I'm not getting stuck for a kilobuck!

You're welcome, Mac. I hope it works out.

>kilobuck

The salvage value of these seems to be holding up well, even donors. And there's no doubt that they are held in high esteem by gmcnet and the rv forum crowds in general. I might pick up another one for a spare or donor. After looking at what some of the Florida shops want for refurbished models, I joked with JimB that there's more money in EVs than GMCs.
