Someone asked if there was a way to search gmcmhphotos.com

The best way I've found is to use Google's advanced search syntax to have it return finds from ONLY the photo site. From the google search box, the syntax for searching for transmission leaks would be

site:gmcmhphotos.com transmission leak

NOTE that there are no spaces around the colon. This works for any domain that google has indexed.

As a related method for image searches, if you have found a reference image online anywhere and are using Google Chrome, right-click on the image and select "Search Google for this image" from the context menu. Google does a decent job of image comparison and you may find some similar photos that will further expand your hunt.

A Search function is built into the gmcmhphotos.com site.

If one goes to the home page of gmcmhphotos.com on the left side there is a box named Categories. Below that is another box named SEARCH.
Just put the word into the space provided and hit return and it will search within the site.

I have the photo index page http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/index.php in my favorites. Go there and all the recent photos are thumbnailed and to the left of them is a box for searching the site.

I just did a quick split-test Google vs the onboard site search. I suggest using both.

On the photo page that shows the most recently posted.

http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/showmembers.php?cat=500

Clicking on a thumbnail directs me to the album page of the person who
posted the photo. From there it's an easter egg hunt. The only way
I've found to view the desired photo is to type the file name (from the
thumbnail) directly into the photosite search engine. Is there another way?

Just answered my own question. Click on the blue bar with the
username. It would be more intuitive if the two links were reversed.

I think it falls to each of us to enter descriptive words in when uploading pictures.
