I took some measurements from my old headliner. It’s odd that measurements differ from panel to panel, but for purposes of documenting this I simply used what was there. Sage advice from this list suggested adding 1/8” to each side of the width of each full width panel to accommodate some shrinkage.

The front most panel is too big to replicate from a 4’x8’ sheet of anything so I cut the panel at the front rib, just before the antenna so that the small section was it’s own piece.
