Appie,
What is the complete part number on the item. All I can make out is the end of the part number because of the flash.

May be the buzzer to remind you to put the suspension in "travel mode"

There's supposed to be a buzzer?  Min has a light in the tally cluster which comes on for a few seconds when you put it in D, but no buzzer.  Key buzzer if you open the door is all.

when I put my '73 in drive, the telltale light illuminates and buzzer sounds for about 10 seconds.

I have always wondered about this feature (set power level to travel). What activates it? I have the light on my dash, but it has never worked.

By the way we will will be celebrating the 38th birthday of TZE166V100710 a month from today (was born 12/4/1975 in Pontiac, Michigan).
