Has anyone tried the "Flex" spray on sealer for roof leaks? One can appears to be white in product color. Be nice to spray a few thin coats and be done with it, if one can ever stop the minor leaks.

I put a few coats of the BlackJack Elastomeric Roof Coating (reflects
most of the sun's rays) which is relatively thick. It helped cool the
interior and stopped the minor leaks that were there that I never chased
down.
