Properly reconditioned knuckle, and hub unit, or new parts is the real solution. I've never taken a used knuckle assembly apart that could be cleaned, greased, new seals, and then put back into service. If you can get it apart without the special tools for the job. Then it's more than likely not usable as is. Jim K., and Dave L will tell you the same thing. It should all be a real PRESS press fit. I spent $500 for those tools.
