Hi All,

I have sent an email to Kim -- but told her I would also post here.

Does anyone know how to make entries on the Rally Site selection form directly. I am working with a pothential location -- and the only option appears to handwrite the info and then scan.

Here is the GMCMI page -- click to open the pdf form...

Thank you,
Dennis

You probably need to download or save the PDF and then open it outside of your browser so that you get the Adobe software rather than whatever your browser is using.

Armand,

Thank you!
I had downloaded the form -- but only after looking again did I find the edit text instructions.

If it's not an Acrobat "Form", you'll have to print, fill out, scan, attach
to an email. She has the capability to create that form, but you'd still
have to print it out, scan, and attach. It'd only save you having to fill
it out by longhand.

What you seek is much more complicated to set up but can be done. It'll
probably take a few days to prepare it though.

Good morning,

Please note there are two options on the GMCMI website for the form.
One is a regular pdf and one is an interactive form.

Thank you and have a great day!
