Dan made 5 postings on Friday before 3:30 PM.
It now has been a day and a half and nothing.
I do not want to call and bother him.
Does anyone know anything?

I got a short I-Phone email from him last night. All he said was "Not fun". Still waiting for further news.

I went to the pomona car flea market yesterday and thousands of vw's and hot rods and many other wild cars and parts.
If you get out here in the l.a. area this is where to find a muscle car, vw everything and thought of Dan would love this place.

Not as big as Carlisle or Hershey, but big enough that you cannot walk the
parts, and the cars in one day. You have to decide if you wish to view 11
miles of parts, or 5 miles of cars for sale. I have found some screaming
deals in that place.

I has ben determined that Dan has liver cancer.

I just got off the phone with Teri and they appreciate the concern that everyone is expressing for Dan. Below is a copy of the email
that she has prepared for family & friends.

Dear Family & Friends,
I apologize if this is the first some have heard this news but alot has happened in one week. Dan has been in hospital(s) for the
past week trying to figure out his medical issues. After many tests, it was concluded he has a cancer of the liver.
In a week or so after the Docs pow wow over all the tests. Then we can decide a plan of action to kick this cancer out of Dan's
liver!
Please be patient and just know I/Dan won't be answering a ton of questions, we can't answer. We are waiting for answers ourselves
and besides, the details aren't important to those who care & for now all I ask is for your prayers on Dan's behalf. :D God has got
this & holds Dan in His care!!!
For those that live close.....we will need to be strict about visitors, call first (my number only plz) and if he is up to a visit
it might be a short one. Of course I realize you understand but need to pass his wishes on all the same. It is about getting him
well and not wearing him out.
For those who live far away, you can call but he might not be up for chatting, plz remember if you don't feel good you don't like to
chat either. But if he can talk. a short "thinking of you" is appreciated & if he feels like relaying details plz let him tell you.
He does get on his computer/iPad when he feels like it. You may send him a message but be patient with responses. Again, thanks for
your patience and understanding during this time of medical treatment and healing!

Rob,
Thanks for posting. I was getting ready to call Teri.
When I read of the issue and the transfer to St. Louis I knew it was of a
serious nature with cancer being at the root of the problem.
On this end, I'm in prayer that God, though his gracious love and ways of
working, will assist the medical personnel and care givers in a plan of
action that will be effective while yielding positive results and that Dan
will be a patient patient.
