I scored a steel wheel for my spare.
Anyone have any lug nuts laying around?

The Alcoa nuts will work if you want to stay with one size.

What Hal said. You will have two different sizes if you have some alcoa steel nuts or chrome ones, along with the regular steel wheel nuts.
Anyone got any steel alcoa nuts lying around? I am always on the lookout for a few.

i'm about 90% sure they are Doorman lung nut #611-054. It is 9/16"-18 lug nut but they don't stock them in AutoZone and I haven't had the time to order them.

I was at Elkhart awhile back and found a box of Alcoa lug nuts with the attached washers for $1.00 each and got excited as that's
CHEAP! I grabbed one and walked out to Double Trouble and tried it on the spare - no luck.

It measured 5/8 ID; I checked the GMC and it was 9/16 - 18 as noted below.

Regards,
Rob M.

O'rielly's have lug nuts that are catalogued for a Ford F-350 that will fit our steel wheels for $3.99 each. I bought several for spares. My coach had several different nuts on each wheel so I wasn't sure which was the original, so I selected the one that was in the majority and it turned out to match the Ford. Confused
