On Monday I was coming up I-5 and at about Mile Post 177 I passed a group of three GMCs - #3 was an all gray '74 - but the center one was throwing smoke, and looked like it was smoky in the cabin as well. Was everyone alright? And what was the problem?
By the way, I must have seen 15 of the beasties between Washington and Arizona and back again. Good to see them out there.

These are the group from Spokane : Dick and Isola Olson, Larry Calhoun, and Joe and Jeannie Hensley. Dick blew a head gasket. He got towed and eventually ended up in a shop in Eugene. It's now being repaired. Everybody is OK.
