Finally got around to doing some fixing on my grill. I didn't do a great job, but the plastic two epoxy stuff did do a decent job. Probably serviceable for a while longer, but I think a Frank Jenkins replacement is in my future.
I took the grill around to a few machine shops and small metal shops here in Birmingham trying to get a simple 4 hole type grille made out of aluminum with or without a mesh backing and the quotes I was getting were a little frightening.
