Howard and Sue Neilson's throttle cable broke just after they crossed the
R. River. They're stuck beside the highway in a safe spot. Anyone close
by that can lend a hand". His cell: 619-977-9739

Gold Beach is only 78 miles from Coos Bay. I know JimK (and maybe
others) are traveling up 101 tomorrow and maybe if someone can get in
touch with JimK maybe he can help.

Hey Steve;

I just talked with Howard and Sue. The new cable is being shipped
overnight from Applied GMC. They have the old one out and will install
the new one when it arrives. They will be attending the Coos Bay
rally, so will look forward to seeing them. Thanks for letting us know
about this.

We're camped on the Rogue River but we're on I5, not 101. Valley of the Rogue State Park north of Medford. Let us know if we can do anything.
