Anyone know off the top of their head what the reading across the brush contact surface of the armature should read?

I should add that I have measured what the manual says. Between the contacts reads essentially dead short. Between each contact and the shaft reads open. I was just wondering if between the contacts should read some resistance, like the field coil does, or if nearly 0 ohms is normal.

The resistance ts .3 ohms (three tenths).
