Any ideas on what is happening here? I've hooked the panel up EXACTLY as it is shown in the instructions. This my old panel that I've used before, but haven't for a while. It always worked in the past:

1. The water temp reading doesn't go above what you see. This is with a second 180* t-stat I've tried. Both stats came from our suppliers, and both check out in a boiling pot of water. The original dash gauge shows a little above 1/2 when the engine is warmed up. I thought a t-stat was supposed to get the engine up to the t-stat's temp rating, and keep it there, unless it gets hotter than the rating.

2. The oil pressure is pegged to the right as shown, and never changes. The dash gauge reads about 3/4 when driving. Both the dash gauge and the DP come off of a split connector on the same oil pressure sender.

3. The battery voltage goes into alarm at anything above about 30 mph.

All of these conditions have existed for the last couple of thousand miles, without, it seems, to any detriment to the coach or engine. If I didn't have the DigiPanel hooked up, I wouldn't think there was anything wrong. Maybe there isn't.

Obviously I can't figure out how to put a small pic here on the post!!! Mad
