Finally got the engine back from the machine shop. My brother brought it over Saturday and we got to work pulling the old one.

The plan was to drive it up on ramps, but after sitting for 4 months, it did not want to fire up. After running down the battery once and re-charging, we finally gave up and put it on jack stands.

Ran into an issue with the engine tilt device, the homemade hoist scaffold was not high enough for the engine to clear. So we ditched it for a plain old chain. By twisting the engine 45 degrees as we raised it, it cleared the hatch with no drama.

Just need to transfer a few pieces from the old engine and put them on the new one.

Getting close.

Now just need to replace the trans, fix the roof AC, 120v circuits, Generator, replace the windheilds, repaint, and refresh the gas tanks.

Woo Hoo! I'm almost done...
