Hello
We also have the new Suburban heater.
Last night had a similar problem.
I had turned off the propane.
It took about three or four false starts to get the heater going.
Air bubble ?

Some may remember that a corroded plug from the furnace to the main wire loom caused the furnace to operate very irrationally and usually shut down because the gas valve never opened. A new molex plug seemed to solve the problem but because it was not very cold, it seemed to run fine. Now that it's colder I discover that, first of all, I have to lower the thermostat all the way to the off position and then up midway. The furnace starts and blows warm air but only for about five minutes. The thermostat is not satisfied because it's still chilly. Minutes later the furnace will start up on its own and run for a while then stop again. The thermostat again is not satisfied. Once again I need to cycle the thermostat to get the furnace going again. Last night it ran and stopped for five seconds then started up again.
