Free Motorhome

1976 GMC Birchhaven motorhome. Actual mileage 85,011. We are the third
owner and know the first two well. Both took good care of the motorhome, as
have we.

Last licensed to run on the road for 1997. The unit was moved around our
property extensively in 2004 when we had over 100 trees removed. Everything
related to the automotive side worked then and so far as we know still
should, including the AC. The body is aluminum and fiberglass, so rust is
not an issue. The hot water system has two components. A bypass loop in
the engine cooling system heats potable water when the engine is running.
There is also a propane fired water heater and so far as we know both work.
The gas stove works. The potable water system works. The 120 volt AC
generator needs new spark plugs. Part of a tree fell on the right rear
quarter, bending in the aluminum skin and shattering the right rear quarter
window. The back window was knocked loose from its frame, but is intact.
The refrigerator is 3 way: DC, AC or gas fired. So far as we know it works,
but we had intended to replace it with a larger unit. The furnace plenum
may be burned out; it is not something we have used since the mid 1980's.

Reason for selling. We just do not use the motorhome any more and wife's
physical condition makes future use unlikely so it is not justifiable to
spend the $$ to repair and restore it, as the interior would need to be
completely recarpeted, reupholstered, etc.

It is located in Tallahassee, FL VIN#1061172781
