This spring, I made this grill out of aluminum angle and some stainless woven mesh.

If you look close you can see the droop in the center. This is because the grill is V'ed to the center but also angled back at the bottom.

Did some repairs to straighten the grill. Kind of non trivial because the stainless can't be shaped and had to be pie cut to get it to go into line. That's why there is a vertical bar now. At the same time, painted the headlight buckets body color. WOW, what a difference that made.

Also made a little aluminum channel to hold the upper radiator hose off the belts. The ends are flared to keep them from cutting the hose. Mine was only an inch from the belts and that was too close for comfort for me. Another KISS thing. Laughing
