Oh man, the countdown is getting close to zero. Can you tell that I get excited as it gets close to convention time? Teri is in Oregon taking care of her dad but should be home next week. I have the coach ready to go mechanically and cosmetically. Teri will load the grub and other essentials in a few days. I love the drive. This one will be relatively short. Dothan was 600 miles and I drove the coach there "broke". Should not skip a beat this time. Thursday evening is ice cream night. Though I enjoy good cream my best enjoyment is seeing the familiar faces as they arrive at the convention or as they appear for our first ice cream gathering. Everyone comes out for ice cream so we get to visit all that are there. We will post pictures for those who can not make this one. I see new discussion topics for the tech sessions, I like that. Lots of vendors will be set up outside. I have new awning material to protect Jim's goods should it rain.
So, come if you can. Coach is not drive able, come for a day or two in your car. You won't regret it. Should you be out to our west, and its too far, make the Coos Bay gathering. Same friendly folks only with different faces. Teri and I have been fortunate in that we have traveled out west and have met most all of the club members there. 98% of of all GMCers are friendly. That is a much better percent than the general population of our neighbors, ha.
Hope to see you soon. Wish we could make Coos Bay but we can't this time.

Judy and I will be going to Branson by car and staying in one of the KOA Kamping Kottages.
The Money Pit is still "dead" with engine problems from our failed attempt to get to Dothan.
Bummer that we will have to miss Ice Cream Social on Thursday evening to attend the Oak Ridge Boys concert!

Mac,
I reckon you could do without ice cream for one night!
As the pot calls the kettle black! ;-)

Mebbe those of us who are going to hear/see the Oak Ridge Boys can get a "pass
to go to the head of the line to at least get one dish ? ? ? ?
