High fan speed is directly from the alternator output, tapped at the center post on the isolator. Engine must be running, as I recollect.
Look for voltage or connectivity from center post on the isolator to the high speed fan position and fron high speed fan position to the fan. Clean the connectors while you are there.
Let us know.

Studied all the wiring diagrams and I think understand them, I hope so. I am now in the process of cleaning all the wires with fuse holders and replacing several that are corroded beyond repair. I,m hoping that is my problem. I cleaned them so good I burned up my rotary tool. Gotta go get another to finish the job. Harbor freight here I come.
Also, is the appearance of a lot of condensation on the ac lines an indication of low refrigerant ? Yesterday while I was running it on the lo and med settings I noticed a lot of condensation on the lines and a constant drip coming out of the driver side front corner of the evaporator encasement dripping down on the air pressure tank. It made a 12" X 12" puddle. Maybe I didn't get as much duracool in as I thought I did. I thought maybe I put in 2 3/4 can but maybe only 2 1/2.

| If the fuses are ok, and the blower relay is working, and a PO hasn't mucked with the wiring, then cleaning/repairing the connections should get the hi speed working on the fan. Since it works on lo and med, the fan is fine. Gotta be the 30A fuse, connectors, blower relay, or broken or misrouted wire(s). There isn't that much to the hi speed circuit.
Keep us posted on how it goes.
