You can buy replacement for your toilet.
If you know the make and model numbers.
Check with the Jim's first, or your friendly local dealer.
On ours it was only the gasket around the ball valve.
It was a quick fix with parts from a local dealer.
Bob where are you located?
If close I'll glad to help you.

I doubted that this was the case because we have used it twice and ran out of fresh water (with frugal use) in a day and a half. We also noticed that the black water tank was full at the same time.

At about 3:00 A.M. my wife woke up and heard water trickling- she got up to investigate and found the toilet bowl about a half inch from over flowing. Evidently our toilet valve does not completey shut off and contiues to leak into our black water tank. Our black water tank was completely full also so I had to get dressed run outside and shut off the city water we were hooked up to. As soon as the sun came up I emptied the holding tanks and the potential disaster was averted. I continued checking it all week end and ended up emptying the holding tanks 5 times which means I probalby have the cleanest tanks in town.
