Hi all
We have four coaches that will be coming up for the balloon festival.
Does any one know of a good place to park. All our coaches are self
contained and we just are looking for a decent place to park. Please
keep us in mind. Any help would be appreciated

Marcel,
We were there in 2008.
At this late date, there may be no space left at the Balloon Park. But inquire anyway. As Emery said it is real close and they run a shuttle service. It wasn't cheap (30$/night minimum three nights). But even if you have a towed, it may still be hard to park in walking distance of the launch field.
All I can say is Be There for the mass ascension on the weekend days. (Just try to close your mouth every once and a while or your tonsils will dry out.) We had seen mass ascensions before, but nothing even close to that... When we were there, they launched 620+ balloons in the three hours following the Dawn Patrol. That is another "Don't Miss", the Dawn Patrol, but it does require a really early start. It was actually a little later than the schedule would indicate because it does take them time to layout, inflate and heat the balloons. It is really difficult to photograph because the illumination of the balloons is the only light from the burners. They call them on so you can be ready. Get up that morning in time to see that and have brunch later.
