Strangest thing

Olga has a new (PO) edelbrock carb, all nice and fine, but I just found out that airfilterhouse does not clear the fuelline and therefor the PO hat cut out a bit of the filterhousing and taped it of. Thus alowing the fuelline to press into the soft tape????

Anybody seen anything like that before?
Does the edelbrock require a different airfilterhousing ??

I2ll see what I can do about pictures in the evening
