Unless you have a recently rebuilt engine, run whatever reputable oil you want. Odds are, over the 35-40 year lifetime of your coach, it has run happily on many brands and formulations of oil. If it is still running well, odds are oil isn't going to be your problem...
The most recent reduced zinc additive in oil came about almost 10 years ago, 2004, so unless you or your PO have been doing something special since then, the engine has most likely run happily on current formulations.
Personally, I use a Mobile1 10w40 high mileage synthetic since I use it in my other 100K mile vehicle. It helps me keep only 1 oil in the house and that is just fine by me. I do add cam shield, but I'm almost positive that it is unnecessary in my older broken in engine. And I'm certain my PO did nothing of the sort and the engine is still running well.
You'll get lots of responses, and all I can say about that is if we are using a variety of brands and advocating and doing well with each one, it probably doesn't matter too much which one you go with.

There has been a lot of discussion here and there are some serious truisms to handle.
Synthetics don't break down with heat as easily as most dino oil.
- Our engines seldom run into that range unless you are towing and/or mountain climbing. (Or, driving your Cadillac twin turbo at 80MPH.)
Synthetics do form glass-hard deposits in the combustion chamber if the engine is consuming lube oil at much of any rate (like more than 1 quart per K-mile). This is known, but the actual calibration is uncertain. So, if you are headed for a rebuild, stay with dino.
Fact, synthetics are twice or triple the cost of good dino. ROI is still uncertain.
The requirement for extreme pressure anti-wear additive is a know fact in the break-in of a flat tappet engine. The requirement after break-in is uncertain. I have no hard data here, only anecdotal, but I like it.
So,
If you have a broken-in engine, you are pretty safe running any good oil.
If you have an engine that requires frequent lube oil topping off, stay away from synthetics.
If you have an engine that uses little oil and are paranoid, then synthetics are comforting.

Amsoil Hot Rod oil it has extra ZDDP and anti rust additives for long storage. My engine builder says it is excellent.
