Got the pieces needed to assemble a new drag link.
Parts list:
Moog ES3122R; 4.44", large taper 0.771", 7/8-18 rod thread, 5/8-18 stud thread
Moog ES3123L; 10.75", small taper 0.682", 7/8-18 rod thread, 5/8-18 stud thread
7" adjusting sleeve and jam nuts: custom made sleeve by OffRoad Design; http://offroaddesign.com/

Costing wasn't bad at all:
~$63 for both tie rods w/shipping
~$70 w/shipping for adjusting sleeve and jam nuts

Total cost approached the Golby drag link price w/o shipping ($170), but when a tie rod wears out down the road, all I have to replace is the one part, not the entire link.

The new tie rods appear to be heavier duty than the old. The adjusting sleeve (weakest link) is very heavy duty compared to the standard clamped adjuster. Old drag link was adjustable, so not original.
