the brake booster makes it easier to push the pedal to
apply the brakes (ie takes less pedal effort for the same
brake effect). This shouldn't change how much brake is
being applied by the KISS brake, though might make it harder
to remove until the booster gets vacuum.

I think even if you have functional parking brakes,
this thing could be useful in some situations. Blocks
are good too, but it's not either-or as I see it.
