Howard,

Both should qualify for presumptive service connection for coronary artery
disease, diabetes mellitus, Parkinson's, and prostate cancer. They *should*
already know about this stuff, but as I said, folks fall through the
cracks. If they're not being taken care of and they have questions, let me
know.

when the Bug Guy came to fumigate. :)
