On the inaugural trip, I read all I could on my Suburban Nt30sp and rv furnaces in general. Sitting on my mountaintop workbench (aka picnic table) I concluded my time delay relay was bad, because the fan would not come on despite 12 volt present at the external connection (and continuity ok on the hot button cutoff thing inline). I could make the time delay relay click with a direct connection to a bench battery, but 12 volts in the unit would not make it click. Does this sound legit? When I would check voltage with everything installed in coach, voltage would drop to near zero across thermostat leads. I still have the solaire thermostat, and it seems to work, puts 12 volt through when logic says it should....
Tips, other tests, or confirmation welcome before I order parts.
Thanks

Sir: are you saying that a 12 battery on picnic table will operate the system but it will not work in the coach?? Maybe make sure the relay is grounding when installed in the coach?? Loose connections will allow 12v to show on meter but no amps to do nothin.
