Here is a Norcold conversion chart

http://www.thetford.com/Portals/0/PDFs/39734B_Norcold_Conversion_Poster_rev4-13.pdf

You 876 is 52-1/8 24 x24
The 641 which many of us use is 52-7/8 x 23-1/2 x 24
It will easily fit. You may have to trim a litttle bit from the top board.

I would suggest the 641 which is a electric & gas model.
They also have a 641.3 which I have but I never have used the 12 volts. It draws the battery down way too fast and doesn't really cool wel.

PPL has it on sale for 948 with 9.99 shipping.

I am presently waiting on my fridge to arrive,
641.3 for the 3 way power, I went that way because i like the 12 dc side maintaining temps while i drive.
total cost that hit my card today was 1241 and change .
that was for the fridge, fan on the rear at 40 something, fan on the inside at less than 20 , and 110 shipping to work address

after playing 20 question on line and bugging Carl S more times than I should have with pm's, my cabinet work went well, and ran me around $20 for one board of foil faced board and roll of tape. and pack of L brackets.
cabinet time was maybe 4 hours total,
gas line was $18 from lowes, .
little wood and etc were from scrap in garage.
fun project.

Glad to have been of some help, Brian. I hope everything fits as you planned. My approach was to have the fridge in hand before doing much of the work on the enclosure, baffles, etc. I know it is a big investment of time, work and money, but you will love the new fridge.

You will love the model you bought. We've had ours for 5 years. It sips propane. I have not moved my propane line out of my wheel well yet,74 model, so I will not use it on propane running down the road. 12 volts keeps it satisfactorily cool while in motion. On shorter than 8 hour trips I just turn it off. Will stay cool enough for that amount of time without the 12 volts.
