My beltline trim is beginning to come off from the rear, about 4ft is hanging. I picked up some Goop Automotive contact adhesive/sealant. Claims to be a permanent adhesive.
Is there a reason to use a weatherstrip or trim adhesive? i.e. Is there a reason the beltline trim would need to be removed? (other than to be painted, etc).
Thanks!

Jeff,

I like Goop for a lot of applications, but I'd depend on a body man's
recommendation for the beltline trim.
