The refrigerator is not cooling. I have the EG3 model. It's plugged in and electric is going to the unit. The thermostat is at mid rage position, it is selected as electric, and on AC position. There is DC current going to refrigerator as evidenced by the inside light is working.

After it's plugged in I can hear the liquid start to boil but no cooling occurs.
