Does anyone know anything about this and does it work make it better etc.

Don't know about that one, but I got the one from GMC Coop for about the same price, and now my otherwise stock brakes will put you through the windshield if you are not belted in.





76 Birchaven - "Wicked Mistress" - New engine, trans, alum radiator, brakes, Sully airbags, fuel lines, seats, adult beverage center... those Coachmen guys were really thinking about us second hand owners by including that beverage center... Columbia, SC.

Joe,

I would be surprised if you got a unit that looked like that from JimB. AFAIK he sells a sensitized vacuum booster that "feels" like
it will put you through the windshield, however, it does not increase the pressure in the hydraulic side of the brake system. The
fact that it takes MUCH less foot pressure makes you "feel" like it will put you through the windshield.

That's exactly how I described the improvement in braking after I installed one.

BTW those of you that decide to order a sensitized booster from either of the Jim's tell them that you want two (2) check valves in
it. That way you can run one line to a remote vacuum pump and/or tank and the second directly to the intake manifold.
