With only so many vacation days from work in the year and so many family reunions this year, Dean and I are sorry to say that we don't have any vacation days left to make it to Branson to see our GMC family. SunnyBeaches is bummed and so are we. We'll have to see what happens next year but there is a 40th wedding anniversary trip (flying) to Orlando with our granddaughter happening so we need to use some vacation days to do that. So many things to do and so little time! Have a great time in Branson ya'll and safe travels.

You two will be missed, along with other "regulars" that can't be there. Can't wait to hear from Elaine Henderson about Ken's trip. She will give us the "real story".
Teri and I hope to be there by 8 pm on Thursday.
Make sure we have top notch ice cream, I know that you will.
Dan

PS
Anyone coming south on 71 from I-70, please stop in Butler to photograph the car dealership in the show "God, Guns, and Automobiles".

Yes, Butter Pecan. It is always a long line and the first to go. (George, one of the three people in America who doesn't like chocolate.)

Yes, Butter Pecan is by far the favorite flavor. I used to always order 3 three gallon containers and it always went.

I am sure that Kim knows that now and will order plenty.

However, I personally don't like butter pecan. I am probably one of the few in America that doesn't.

Well, cant wait to see you guys there. I laugh when some come through for the diet cream then go over to the chocolate syrip and cover it. Hey, I have been known to do the same thing when I catch Teri busy and not looking. If we don't have your flavor, let me know. I will try my best to find some locally for you.
Dan
Thinking I will bring my neon sign and ice cream bear to Branson for display.

Finding some for a couple of folks in half gallons is what I am talking about. I cant afford to buy a bunch of 3 gallon buckets. Very Happy

Thanks Dan. Please, please, please take a whole bunch of pictures for us less fortunate ones. Hope the Boyds will be there as Chuck takes great pictures also. Oh, and tell Teri that I said that you can eat any of the ice cream we would have ate if we could have made it there. Dang it! wish we could be there. Oh well..... Sad

Yes, moose poop, as my grand kids refer to it as, don't know where they picked that term up Laughing , goes fast as does butter pecan and choc chip cookie dough.
Come see just what kind of cream we are dishing up this time. I don't choose the flavors, just make sure it is all served.

Not gonna make Branson unfortunately. Although I have to be one of the very few folks who "Ain't lost anything in Branson, MO" over the years. Probably from too many times there when I was working Country stations. Probably make Gadsden, though.
I got a presentation on 'Dogs and RVs' which might interest some GMCers. Or urinate thm off, depending.
