Generally not more than $70. I am looking for one for around $30 since I can get the DVD for that price. The illustrations of the one I downloaded from Bdub's site look like it was an OEM manual that was Xeroxed in black and white. Too many pictures are lacking sufficient detail to serve their purpose.
