First of all, thanks for all the great suggestions. Here's what I did. I took a bit from one idea and a bit from another, so I owe everyone a beer. Come on by.
I got a three gallon Rubbermaid container then cracked loose the macerator and let the juice fill the container about three-fourths full. I then dumped the container down my sewer connection and cracked the macerator loose again. It was a little messy but not too bad. It took about 17 containers to fully drain the tank. Then I just leisurely connected the new macerator on to the drain pipe. I'll do the wiring tomorrow. I need a shower.
