I believe the Ragusa ladders have two different angles on the
aluminum feet. One is flat for use closer to the center of the roof,
and the other is angled. Make sure you have two different feet
and that they're on the correct side of the ladder for where
you're trying to mount it.
If that fails, the ragusa folks are usually very helpful.
