Just a note to pass this on. There is a 73 23 foot GMC for sale in Ocean Springs, MS on Craigslist.
I went to look at it yesterday. The coach is stripped, but there has been some good mechanical work done on it and the chassis is in good shape.
The owner wouldn't sell it to me because I wanted to turn it back into a motorhome, saying it wasn't his vision. If anyone in the Gulf Coast area is interested in it, don't bother.
I've been looking for a coach to restore. This guy turned me off.

That IS a strange one! If he's selling it, how does he expect to control whether or not the buyer follows his "vision" for it, and why would he CARE???
You will probably be much better off buying one that has NOT been gutted anyway.

It's been for sale for some time. I spoke with him & was asking if he still had the items that he removed so that maybe they could be put back. He was very cocky.
