Got to replace the window rubbers all around ( new rubbers came with Olga)
I understand the window pane i taped in with butyl tape.
Does anybody know the recommended size of this tape ?
would be nice so I can buy the right size first time

I am in the process or doing that and Jim Bounds sent a tube of black RTV to hold the fixed window in. I think the butyl tape is used to seal the window frame to the body. There is not enough room for it behind the glass. Reinstalling the fixed glass with spacers is a two-person job by the way - one to hold the glass in place and the other to install the new rubber at the bottom to hold that all in place.
