YEAH, I just contacted the ETHANOL FREE app and it is no longer available
for download in the US. Mine is still usable.
I downloaded PURE GAS and it's a bit less friendly but works the same as
ETHANOL FREE. The user must go thru a few more key strokes to get to the
map. ETHANOL FREE comes up with the map upon log in. Too bad :(

Anyone, even non-members can go to the GMCMI website, www.gmcmi.com, click the GMC Community tab on the left of the home page, then click on Other Sites, and you will find a link to the Pure-Gas site. You don't need a smart phone to do this. It can be done from your computer.
