Pacific Beach Recreation Area is a bit of all right!
Wife and I, son and his wife, plus daughter and her infant son spent two nights there back in 1992 in a 1966 Apache tent trailer. Damn cold with the wind and fog off the Pacific Ocean. Found wild raspberries along the road down to the actual beach!
I still own that Apache tent trailer!
