Deciphered the methodolgy to 'fix' cabinets that get wet and go pssstt...
This is the cabinet over stove and sink on 77 kingslay..
The front piece is solid wood, save it along with doors.

The bottom piece should be solid wood, 12" wide. 60" long, 1/2 thick, chamfer? the front bottom edge to have the wraparound if desired.
On top of this is 2- 2" wide, 60" long, 1/2" thick strips; these will glue to front and back of bottom piece. The front will screw to this overlapping on top about 1/2".
The back piece is a 9" wide , 60" long, (3/8" preferred,or 1/2 thick).
There are 3-(3/8" thick) dividers the same shape except the middle on has an additional cutout on the bottom front. The rear, end one (left as ur facing it), that goes up against the closet/drawer module may be too thick with 1/2", so can be made from 2(ea) 1/4" thick glued together. These should be thinner that the 1(ea) thick one.
The back angle on the 3 dividers needs to be correct or it will be hard to put in the 3 bolts that hold the back part.

They're really pretty simple, just measure 4 times, cut once, screw together.

Will put chrome strip over the front edge of the bottom most piece so it looks 'perty'. I didnt chamfer? mine plus I painted all the new wood gloss white (I used spray paint with primer and top coat, needs primed first!!)

reuse the strips that screw the pieces together inside.
I screwed all the pieces together rather than gluing so I can redo parts if needed.

Since I couldn't find a current cabinet, I 'bit the bullet' and did a reconstruction. I glad thats over. Now I can clean it up.

Thankx
