Has anyone come up with a good replacement for the little plastic buttons that hold handles onto the driver's and passenger's sliding window handles? I need to mount a missing handle, and the ones on donor coach fell apart when I took the handle off. I could just use machine screws and nylon washers, but perhaps someone has come up with something more elegant. I can post a picture if it isn't clear what I'm looking for.

I saw those, but they look nothing like what mine had. Mine were more like a small mushroom, no hole all the way through. The mushroom pushed in from the outside, and a countersunk screw went in from the inside.
