Watching one of the Saturday car shows today.
I think it was on trucks.
He had full gage cluster for a GM truck from Rock Auto
The cost was $150.00
I may run down to the local truck wrecking yard and take a look.
The guy on the show was saying some thing about the stock step motors not working well?
The unit from Rock Auto was an upgrade.
May be an idea.
Thanks
Howard

You have room for two more gauges in between the speedo and quad guage, if you need to monitor more, without really disturbing the feng shui of the original dash..

Howard,
The newer sensors used in todays vehicles are a different resistance range. Ours are 0 - 90 Ohms and the newer ranges used are typically 0-140 ohm. It would take some research to determine what type of sensors that would work with this unit. It is not plug and play.

Guys, this is all good info to bring out, or repeat if that is the case. Either way I know I am not the only one thinking about this, and that is a good thing for continued development from the community.

I am sure gauge technology will continue to develop. While a flashy dash is nice, the real treasure lies in the knowledge to convert the inputs .

76 Birchaven - "Wicked Mistress" - New engine, trans, alum radiator, brakes, Sully airbags, fuel lines, seats, adult beverage center... those Coachmen guys were really thinking about us second hand owners by including that beverage center... Columbia, SC.
