Hi Andre,

Look under the tub/shower at the P trap. If that is loose or broken water will flow into a recess at the top of the tank, build up there and flow out onto the floor under the carpet. I don't know how you get to it in a Birchaven. On a standard GMC wet bath you remove the trim board under the front of the bath compartment. I had to do that on the Clasco (looked like no one had ever showered in there before and the P trap was broken off where it connects to the floor drain) and my right knee is still not recovered from the hyper-compression required to get my large frame down on the floor in that small space........

Thanks for your initial feedback, everyone!

Some more information:

There is no radiator smell coming from leaked water, and I have never plugged into city water. I have always used the on-board freshwater tank. There is no leak at the water pump. There is no leak at the freshwater tank. This is a rear bath coach. The carpet/flooring in the rear bath is wet. The floor area on the toilet/shower side gets wet first. I am thinking the leak may come from freshwater supply pipe to toilet? Water leaks before it ever makes it to the toilet... Or perhaps before another pipe reaches the handsink.

Is there an easy way to get under the carpet/floorboards?

The coach has original water heater and has never seen below freezing weather. EVER! :)
