Hi all,
I want to alert you to the fact that we are getting close to filling up the full hook up spots at the Coos Bay, Oregon, rally the first week in October. It is especially important for you vendors who want full hook up space to get your registration and payment in quickly. I would not want you to be disappointed. A number of the paid attendees have also elected the dry camping sites that are immediately adjacent so you won't be alone if you want/need to dry camp for this event. There will be water and sewer trucks available. Others have signed up to stay in the hotel so it looks like we will have a bang up attendance for what should be a really fun rally in a beautiful part of the west coast. We are inside the 90 day window and most rally registrations historically come in the last 45 days. I will be surprised if we still have any full hook up sites available inside 45 days.
Full information and registration forms are available at gmcws.org, www.gmc-cascaders.com, or https://sites.google.com/site/gmc49ersclub/ or you can email me for complete info and forms as well. If your plans are not yet firm for those dates, remember you can cancel any time before August 28 and receive a full refund so there is no risk in making sure you get the type of spot you want by sending in the registration form and payment now.
